Noor ul huda Wani is a Lead Software Engineer at Siemens Technology India with over 8 years of experience in the software industry. She has worked on full-stack using Microsoft technologies and has been a part of multiple projects involving development and maintenance. Noor has managed teams and mentored new joiners to understand the processes and ways of working on the project. She has received multiple awards during the course of her work in each of the companies she has worked in. Currently, Noor is working as a Lead Software Engineer at Siemens, where she has been a part of a development project for an e-commerce application. Her work involves understanding guidelines from the architects and conveying the same in her work and to her fellow colleagues. She has also mentored teammates to collectively provide the desired output. Prior to Siemens, Noor worked as a Lead Consultant at ITC, where she successfully delivered projects consistent with the project roadmap and released plan milestones. She worked on all phases of software development and worked onsite for Santander UK for a year, which required extensive discussions with the clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering the information further to the team. Noor holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Chandigarh Engineering College and a High School Diploma in Non-Medical from Burn Hall School.
